 Dad especially enjoyed watching the boats come and go in Bodrum harbor. However, we learned that most of the area's famous "gulet" boats never raise their sails, and in the summer they are so hot onboard (and smelly inside) that passengers have to sleep out on deck. After hearing the unpleasant stories, we were glad to have stayed on land. |
